We are seeking a dynamic, inspirational leader, renowned for being an outstanding relationship builder and boasting a track record of partnerships that deliver positive outcomes.
Building on the success of the organisations’ previous leadership, the incoming Executive Director will be a transformative visionary, embracing innovation and progressive approaches to stakeholder engagement and fundraising.
With significant governance experience, the new Executive Director will feel at ease in a Board environment, harnessing the expertise of the Directors and driving operational excellence.
The incoming ED will have a track record of developing high performing teams, getting the balance right between enabling existing successful initiatives to flourish, whilst identifying and transforming areas that require improvement and uplift.
